returns
sabeel will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn and unaltered by the customer. in order for any returns to be accepted, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your package with proof of purchase/order confirmations. unfortunately we cannot accept any returns after that allotted time has passed and we will not accept returns/refunds without proof of purchase.
please note that purchases from sales are final and cannot be returned/exchanged.
refunds
once your return is received and inspected, you should receive an email stating that we have received your returned item. you should expect your refund via the respective payment method within 3-5 business days. please reach out to your financial institution to see if there may be any hold with regards to the transaction if you have not received your refund by that time. in the event that you still haven't your refund, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may resolve any issues.
please note that customers are responsible for paying the return postage. it may take a few days to a week for your item to be delivered and inspected for refund. when shipping your return, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for better protection.
